This was more of a therapy piece. For some unknown reason I still had a couple of remnants of a nightmare ex-boyfriend around, so I took them outside, jumped on them a few times and brought them back in and scanned them. The mini-disc signifies the new triumphing over the old.

The video tape was a Paul McKenna hypnotherapy slimming tape which was a very (not) subtle gift, the cassette was the master copy of some of his music, and the CD was a game he left behind.
