| How do I get to my logs as done by WebTrends? | The log file reports specific to your domain can be found at www.yourdomain.com/logs/ and they are protected by a user/id password combination - your main FTP account information should work here as well. |
| How do I add email accounts? | Connect to http://mailmax.novatech.net and login with your provided "postmaster" login identity for your domain. |
| How do I add create a customized "404 Not Found" error message file? | Click here to download this file: #404.zip. Once you have downloaded the file use WinZip to create the file #404.html locally on your system. Open the html page in any text editor (notepad, wordpad, etc.) and replace the two references to www.novatech.net with links to your domain's base URL. Finally, upload the completed #404.html file into your HTDOCS directory, and you're done! |
