Darren Metz is the Executive Chairman of Novatech, Inc., an award-winning, Managed IT and Print Services provider. Armed with a savvy business acumen, Metz has catapulted Novatech into a 14-branch, $83 million industry leader since founding the company (then NovaCopy) in 1998. With Novatech being recognized 12 times by Inc Magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States.

The story of Metz's lifelong entrepreneurial spirit includes the creation of a variety of multi-million dollar companies in the areas of computer networking, web hosting, office equipment, and real estate development/management prior to the founding of Novatech. He has thrived on his experience in technology, business-to-business sales and marketing, sales training, operations, mergers and acquisitions, contracting, and negotiations. Darren holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Memphis, is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee, and graduated from Memphis Briarcrest High School.

As a patron of music, theatre, and fine arts, Mr. Metz has applied a personal touch to the work environments he creates for his teams.
